The idea behind the first design lines of the ERYD 30 was to create a unique object with an elegant, contemporary and at the same time classic design so that it would always be topical.
To make this possible they drew uncompromisingly on the best construction techniques, the use of advanced composite materials, and extremely high-performance hull shapes and appendages even in low wind conditions.
The result is a boat that is fun, safe, easy to drive even solo and comfortable for day trips and short cruises.

Hull constructed under vacuum (vacuum bag) in sandwich of Airex , vinylester resins and quadriaxial and unidirectional glass fabrics.
Drift and rudder constructed of carbon with epoxy resin.
Lead-antimony alloy bulb.

Mast and boom made by Maxspar from prepreg carbon fabrics.
Aluminum crosses inclined at 30°. Rebar rigging. Ronstan Arridatoi. Carbon bowsprit.

Lombardini LDW 502 with sail drive and Radice propeller with folding blades

Proposed with two different mainsails , one square top and one standard roach with 5 full battens. 103 % jib and asymmetric spi at masthead or 7/8.
